PRODUCTION TIMELINE:

Our engraved jewelry are produced within 24 hours of placing your order. Shipping duration is counted after this 24-hour elapses. Our cut- out jewelry takes 5 working days for production. Shipping duration starts counting after these days have elapsed.

 

SHIPPING TIMELINES:

 

Within Nigeria: 1-4 working days after production (please check the timeframe on checkout)

Outside Nigeria: 3-7 working days after production. You would receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

 

WE APPRECIATE YOUR ORDER WITH US AND WE TREAT EVERY ORDER WITH UTMOST CARE. WE HAVE A REFUND AND RETURN POLICY SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO SATISFY YOU.

We also maintain a very high level of quality control to ensure that all of our customers receive nothing less than the best and most durable quality of jewelry.

     

      1. If you have any corrections to make to your order, please send us a mail: admin@bethmodajewelry.com within 3 hours of your order being placed. These corrections could include; changes in the customizations of your order, changes in the delivery details of the recipient, and/or additions to be made to your order.
      2. Due to the nature of our personalized pieces, please ensure that you inspect your package within 24-72 hours of it being delivered. This is to make sure it arrived in the best condition and there were no errors with your package. Any issues brought up (other than a wrong order delivered), after 72 hours would not be granted as we believe it is very easy to tamper with the nature of a jewelry piece within this time.
      3. Refunds on customized items after production has begun cannot be granted. This is because the item is undergoing processes that cannot be reversed.
      4. If there is an error in the production of an item (e.g. wrong spelling of a name, wrong colour delivered, e.t.c.), a replacement would be processed as soon as it is brought up within a 7-day window from when the order was delivered.
      5. A correctly made customized item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
      6. If you receive a faulty piece of jewelry, please send us an email (admin@bethmodajewelry.com) within 24-72 hours of receiving your jewelry. We won’t be able to make any corrections any time longer than 24 hours.
      7. If we have to process a remake for your order but the item is sold out, we would issue a store credit or a refund (depending on what you choose).
      8. Kindly note all jewelry specifications on the order page before placing your order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you do not order the correct item.

    PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer a refund or remake for any item that has been delivered after 7 days.

    We do not currently offer a repair service on our jewelry. We use the best quality in the production of our jewelry. If you encounter any issues while using your jewelry, please locate your nearest jewelry repair technician to have it fixed.

     


     

    Refunds

     

    Transfer refunds take 2-5 working days (excluding all public holidays and weekends)

     

    Card refunds takes 2-21 working days.

     

    If an item was purchased during sales, you can only get a refund of the exact amount you paid, nothing more or less.
